We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. On occasions we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy.
When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely. (Please return the goods in their original condition do not remove any tags from the items and repack them to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey) We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post; therefore we would always recommend keeping proof of postage, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.
You've received incorrect items:
If you need to return an item due to error on the part of Dots n Spots, we will apologise profusely and send out a replacement at our expense after the incorrect shipment is returned.
If an item is damaged:
If an item is damaged in transit to you and this is clear on arrival do not sign for the delivery. It will then be returned to us.
If you have signed for the delivery and realise it has been damaged contact us immediately.
We will advise method of returning damaged item to us. We must be notified within 2 days of delivery. As soon as we receive the item we will either replace the item or issue a refund. (Please note weekend notifications will be dealt with on Monday).
If the item is faulty:
Please notify us within 5 working days starting the day after delivery. We will advise method of returning damaged item to us. As soon as we receive the faulty item we will send out a replacement or issue a refund.
If you have changed your mind:
If you have changed your mind or have ordered the incorrect item please contact us within 2 days and you may return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. Please note: freight charges are non-refundable and return delivery is at the cost of the sender.
